Permit System facilitates to create and authenticate all work permits such as safety, confined space & hot work permits. This automated permit system saves lot of time and long lines every day. In an average turnaround there is a need of 5-10 permits per shift / unit. In a nut shell it takes 1-2 hrs to get a permit issued. To overcome this issue, the major refineries are already starting to use this or similar system.

The approval signatures for these permits can be automatically grabbed from signature pads, currently we use Topaz brand. Topaz has a wide range of economical signature pads, which even come in wireless. Even though it is fully automated, it has the option of taking the hard copy print out of the filled permit and signing it manually.
